Assistive Touch

Assistive Touch helps students navigate the iPad by adding a customizable menu button to the screen which provides students an alternate way to access iPad features usually accessed through buttons on the iPad and gestures on the iPad screen.

It can help students who may require support with:

  • Navigating the iPad

  • Pressing the Home Button

  • Swiping or other gestures

  • Accessing the iPad while using an alternate mouse (e.g. joystick)
