The UN's Sustainable Development Goals

Sustainable Development Goals and EcoSchools Canada

The UN's 17 Sustainable Action Goals are closely related to and reflect EcoSchool Canada's overall mission: nurture environmental leaders, reduce the ecological impact of schools, and build sustainable school communities.

In this way, interacting with many of the SDGs may help your EcoTeam complete various action cards, and vice versa. Furthermore, by engaging with the SDGs, you are helping to actualize Canada’s commitment to achieving these goals on a national scale.
