Hello Teachers,

We now have a new booking system to share with you for Q2 based on feedback which will be directly through email. Based on the current Q2 schedule, P1 and P2 will be covered by Gina, P3 will be with Sabeeka, and Vela is available for any library tours and orientations as needed. 

Library with an available Teacher Librarian can be booked for library tours, orientation, stages of the inquiry process, book talks, and specific library and tech related lessons (please refer to the 'Recent Lessons' for ideas!). Please provide us with as much advance notice as possible and provide several dates as some may be booked. We will reach out to you to discuss details of the lesson further once we have finalized the Teacher Librarian and a date and that works for us! 

A reminder that Teacher Librarian schedules can change due to PD and other reasons, please avoid emailing us individually for library visits as the Library Team will need to be in communication with each other to determine availability, teaching expertise and resources. Please use the shared Google Calendar to ensure that we are available on your requested dates. 

Please cc all librarian teachers in your email requests! Include the following:

• Which classes you would like to bring

• How many students 

• Describe the service / lesson 

• Tell us what resources you require for the lesson (specific genre, chromebooks, etc)
