Bookmark Contests

Bookmark contests continue to be hugely popular at Brock. It's not unusual for there to be 60+ submissions! There are usually 1-3 contests per year, each with a specific theme.

Voting in various grade categories (depending on number of submissions in each grade) takes place over a few days. Each participant receives a certificate and their own design back as a bookmark. Winners receive a certificate, a few copies of their bookmark to give to family, and their bookmarks are made available in the Library for whoever needs one. Over the years, Ms. Kondo and her husband have gotten very good at using the paper cutter. :)

Our students are extremely talented and the quality of submissions has just gotten better as the years go by.
