Academic Supports

Meeting with Counselor: 

Set up a meeting with your counselor to make a plan to get caught up. If you need help communicating with your teachers, we can do that together as well.

Freshman & New Student Seminar: 

For all incoming 9th grade students? (organize your Google Drive; use Canvas; study skills, how to be strategic with FLEX time).

Content Team Interventions: 

Departments design and facilitate academic interventions offered to students who needs support with study skills, note-taking, test-taking strategies, prioritization, math or literacy intervention.

FLEX

8-9 AM: 

Teachers are available to support students before school. This is a time that you can come in, ask questions, get caught up or get ahead. Sometimes teachers have meetings so it can be a good idea to email the day before to make sure they will be there.

FLEX Fridays: 

Flex Fridays are days when students can come in and work with their teachers. Students can come in for as long as they need. Students with D's or F's are required to attend the entire time.
