The value I'm looking on working on is being commited. I will do this by working slightly more each day.
I'm going to work on listening actively. I will close my laptop when the teacher is talking and I will ask relevant questions.
I will challenge myself to be better instead of comparing myself to others.

The value I'm looking at improving on is being more independent. I will improve this by not immediately going to a teacher for help and trying to solve it myself before asking a teacher.
I'll look to work more on collaboration. I work with others, but not enough. I will do this by offering help to others and giving them advice, and also contributing more in group projects.
I will work on becoming more confident. I will do this by moving out of my comfort zone. Presentations especially help.
I will involve both my friends and family in my own passion projects, and even in this coming innovations inquiry.
