Tips and Tricks for Science.
Aim:
What the purpose of the investigation.
Hypothesis:
What do you think will happen
What can be the outcome?
Method:
A simple plan that anyone can follow.
You should have three main variables:
Independent variable (The one you change)
Dependent variable (The one you measure)
Controlled variable (The other variables you keep the same so it is a "fair test")
Remember to test three or more times to get reliable data.
Results:
Write them down on a table, when you get three results you add them up and divide it by three to get better accuracy
Conclusion:
What were the results tell you linked to the aim and hypothesis.
Was your hypothesis right or wrong?
Discussion:
Write down what you could have done better.
Say how reliable the data was.
What I will do better next time:
Add the units.
Record more accurately.
Graph it better.
