Your mental & emotional well being is like the pilot of you because your mental state should be good and your emotional side shows when you are sad or angry or happy. You should always be taking care of both sides so that way you are feeling good and look good. I sometimes get a bit annoyed when I am not being heard and so I get angry. though I should improve by managing my emotions.
Your physical well being is your body, its your health and how you feel, like are you sick or are you feeling healthy? If you don't take care of your physical well being then you could face terrible consequences. I'm not really the go outside person but going out every now and then is good for your health. I could improve this by going outside more often.

Your social well being is when you go and interact with people and mingle with them like talking or playing with them and being around people. When you don't take care of this well being, then it could lead to depression and social anxiety and even worse. I don't really like hanging out with people unless they are my friends or family members. But I could improve by being more social around people instead of being shy.
(Taha Wairua) Spiritual
Your spiritual well being is like your inner self and how you feel about situations. For example, if you are being peer pressured into doing something like drugs, then you could feel like "this is wrong" or "Nah I shouldn't do this". Think of it as a "Other You". When people get to the point of insulting me, they face the conqueses.
