Lessons from the Geese
As each goose flaps it wings it creates uplift for the birds that follow. By flying in V formations, the whole flock adds 71 percent extra flying range.
What does this mean for us???
We never give up because we are Team Tauhei. With cooperation and teamwork we make our jobs flow easier by being respectful to our leaders and all the students, and if we work together we could become something legendary.
What did you learn?
Working as a team we achieve more than just one person
Arguing is part of it, but we do is respectfully and everyone gets heard
We need to make sure that everyone agrees with it
Being in a team is HARD
The geese flying in formation honk to encourage those up front to keep up with their speed.
What does this mean for us???
By encouraging people, communicating kindly, we can cheer people on and persevere to accomplish our goals; we will grow strong and legendary. That is the team Tauhei spirit.
