When preparing computers or Chromebooks for testing please complete the system readiness check.  Students should do this check before starting any testing session. 

• On a Chromebook if you get an orange check mark for  OS (Operating System) that means the Chrome Browser needs to be updated.  Directions for that can be found under Google >> Apps for Education >> Chrome.

• If you get a red check mark for Screen Resolution follow the directions below to reset the resolution to default.

• If you get a red check mark for Service Device Connection contact the technology department.
