mCLASS will be adding one additional administration to the current admins labeled as BOY, MOY, EOY. The new session will be shown as G3 SUMMER.
Both additional administrations of grade 3 will use this window for additional screening.
The G3 SUMMER window will open on May 15 and close on June 30. The window will not allow screening for any other grade level.
Summer windows will continue to require that screeners are conducted in secure settings. TAs will not be permitted to offer cues, clues, hints or coaching of any kind.
All grade 3 students who are included in mCLASS for EOY will remain available for assignment to either or both of the additional summer administrations. Students can continue to be added or transferred.
Grade changes will not be accepted during this administration. This screening is only for students who screened as grade 3 for EOY.
The screener used for EOY will be the same screener used for additional screening.
