Troubleshooting (IAP)

Before students take a test through the ADAM Lockdown Browser they should run through the Online Tools Training to make sure their device is ready for test day. 

Adam Isn’t Listed as an App

If Adam is not listed as one of the apps on your student’s Chromebook: 

• The device is not properly checked out to the student.  

  1. • Have the person in charge of Chromebooks at your school scan the device and make sure it is checked out to that student. 

     • They may have their siblings device. Adam is only installed for 5-8th grade.

• The device may need a “Powerwash” to reset it and receive the Adam install. The person in charge of Chromebooks at your school can Powerwash the device.
