Spring 2024: Xiaoyu Su, who is a problem-solving instructor for many years, has been selected to receive a 2024 Association of Former Students Distinguished Graduate Student Award for Excellence in Teaching. 

2022- 2023

Fall 2022: Logan Knudsen, who is an undergrad in Mathematics at Texas A&M and serves as an Instructor and Facilitator at the TAMU Math Circle, visited the Bridges to Science Math Circle in Katy TX on Aug. 22, 2022 where he taught about the Towers of Hanoi, including an introduction to Mathematical Induction. The kids loved it.

Fall 2019: Congratulations to Nida Obatake who has been selected to receive a College of Science Undergraduate Research Mentoring Award. 

Spring 2019: Congratulations to John Weeks for receiving the Graduate Student Award for Outreach.

Fall 2018:  Congratulations to Cosmas Kravaris for winning the "Madhava Prize in Analysis" for the best student in Math 446H/447H at Texas A&M in the 2017-18 school year. He attended this class while a senior at A&M Consolidated High School. He participated for 4 years at the TAMU Math Circle.  Cosmas became a freshman at Texas A&M University majoring in math.  He later received an Astronaut's Scholarship, graduated in 2022 and now is a Princeton University for graduate study.

Summer 2018: Congratulations to Eric Gan who was named on of 12 winners of the 47th annual USA Mathematical Olympiad as a sophomore at A&M Consolidated High School.

Fall 2017: Congratulations to Luke Hoffman for winning first place in the High School Category at the Sixth Annual TAMU Derivative Bee.  Luke became a freshman at Purdue University and transferred to University of Texas where he graduated in2022

Summer 2017: Congratulations to Parth Sarin, Math Undergraduate, Math Circle Participant, and Senior at A&M Consolidated High School for winning the Pi Mu Epsilon Student Speaker Award at MathFest 2017. Parth became a freshman at Stanford University where he graduated in 2022.
