The lei is a garland or wreath containing things like flowers, leaves, shells, or nuts that’s is traditionally worn around the neck in Hawaiian and Polynesian cultures.  They are a symbol of the aloha spirit.  Well, leis are becoming more popular throughout the mainland US.  In this workshop, the UHSSWA, comprised of Fujinkai auxiliary groups from Hawaii's temples, will teach you how to make a lei.
