All participants are responsible for making their own air travel arrangements.  

For groups of 10 or more attendees traveling on the same itinerary (Arrival/Departure date and city), Kintetsu—our official travel agency—may be able to assist with group airfares.  Please designate a travel coordinator from your region and email Kintetsu at kih@kintetsu.com

• For participants (groups of less than 10 people) requiring airport transportation to/from the hotel, we have partnered with Roberts Hawaii Express Shuttle to provide a shared airport shuttle as a stress-free option. • For groups of 10 or more people arriving on the same flight and staying at the same hotel, please contact Kintetsu at kih@kintetsu.com for pricing for private transfer.

Planning your stay in Hawaii: We will be using the beautiful Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra as our official hotel for the conference. To make your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible, we have negotiated special room rates exclusively for our conference attendees. 

Kona Tower: Single or double occupancy room with one queen bed for just $231 per night ($196 + 17.962% taxes and fees) 

Waikiki Tower: Single or double occupancy room with one king, one queen, or two double beds for $274 per night ($229 + 17.962% taxes and fees)

Daily resort fees have been waived, saving you an average of $40 per day charged at other hotels.

Guests at the Ala Moana Hotel will receive complimentary ground transportation between the Ala Moana Hotel and the conference location throughout the conference.

If you are interested in purchasing travel insurance, you will be able to do so at the time of registration.
