Awards Show Ceremonies are hosted by an emcee who announces the winners in various predetermined categories. Winners walk on stage to receive their award and make a short speech.
ALL - Arrive early to the event and find good vantage points within the room.
INNOVATION - Seek out the point person listed on your assignment.They may have advice or last minute details about the ceremony and can show you where the awards trophies are so you can photograph them before the ceremony starts.
