By now, I am sure you know that Google has released an overhaul of Google Sites. You can currently still access your old "classic" sites, but I am unsure as to when this will go away. In the meantime, if you have yet to check out the new Google Sites, you will be in for a treat. While Google offers up multiple themes to choose from, your site banners, font, and colors are customizable to meet your design needs. "Everything Google" seamlessly integrates within the new Google Sites, and with the use of 3 simple tool sections you will be well on you way to creating an attractive site to suit whatever needs you have.

However, your homepage banner for personal school accounts must be the approved and shared banner provided by the district.

Below are the three main tool pages you will work from once you begin working on your site. The tool page will appear on the right--simply click the tab at the top of the tool page you wish to work from (Insert, Pages, Themes)
Insert/upload any files or embed a URL from the Insert Tab.
Create or remove pages/subpages from Pages tab.
Choose your theme, font and color scheme from the Themes tab.
