Book Creator for Chrome

The Book Creator App for Chrome is an excellent start to getting students to develop their very own publications. Its easy-to-use tools allow students at all levels to become creators, and it works with Google by having the ability to access your Google Drive for importing different media. Book Creator will be a great tool for students to use on their Chromebooks by integrating their Drive, their camera, and their microphone. One note, like Drive, your work will save automatically. What the Free Version Offers vs. Paid

  • 40 Books; 1 Library
  • Students can join your library and add their own written, published books. In order to save on your free # of books, after you've collected their work you can combine them into one overall book with a few simple clicks! This will then only count as 1 against your free total of 40!
  • The paid versions offer you more libraries and more books for a yearly cost (60 books; 3 libraries for a total of 180 books--60$/yr OR 100 books; 10 libraries for a total of 1,000 books--120$/yr. The paid versions all offer "Real-Time" collaboration--like Google docs, slides, etc.
