Each Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) has a distinct service area. The Caldwell-Travis SWCD service area is shown below as a boundary map along with the five subdivisions/zones. Each subdivision is represented by a director to maintain the local leadership principles upon which SWCDs were founded.
Caldwell-Travis SWCD encompasses Caldwell County in its entirety and includes district subdivisions 1, 3, 4, and 5.
Caldwell-Travis SWCD encompasses that portion of Travis County south of the Colorado River and includes district subdivision 2.
