Mountain Biking Academy

We are excited to announce an awesome link with a local mountain biking legend, Amy Burton.  Amy brings with her vast experience in all local mountains and beyond and her passion and drive for the sport have seen her go full-time into coaching MTB skills and uplifting those who have the same passion. 

Mountain Biking has always been an integral part of the Valley, with many students having already spent hours on the dirt tracks and the urban surroundings. Thus it was only natural for Sun Valley to branch out in this area with the hopes of making MTB a consistent Sporting opportunity for years to come. 

With recent competitions and races being held for all age groups throughout the Cape it is exciting to start this journey with someone as passionate as they are competitive in the MTB world. 

We can't wait for you all to experience this exciting venture. 

"I have 6.5 years of MTB coaching experience with both children and adults, I am a certified BICP level 2 coach with an up-to-date BLS first aid qualification, and during my time at my previous company, we worked at both Herzlia Primary/High and Jan Van Riebeek Primary/High schools, with great results and happy kids and parents alike."
