Striking technique technique ad defence
Various fitness stations, both body weight and on equipment
Grappling and Wrestling
An hour of boxing, conditioning, fitness and fun
What to Bring
Comfortable active clothing
Sweat towel
Gum Guard for grappling practice (Precautionary)
Bottle of water
Sessions are done barefoot
Requirements
No previous experience required
Equipment
Gum Guards are required for grappling practice and learners will be informed when these are required. This is purely precautionary for accidental head contact during grappling. Sessions will be glove to glove and there will be no head contact in the sessions.
Payments
