As a partner of Seamless Energy this means no up front material costs, enabling an efficient project timeline to installation. Costs for materials are paid by the corresponding financier and withheld at M1 disbursement.
All material orders must be submitted a minimum of 72 business hours prior to the scheduled installation date to ensure timely delivery.
For GoodLeap Domestic Content Programs, we need a minimum of 5 business days prior to the scheduled installation date to ensure timely delivery.

You can now submit your material orders directly through the project overview in SubcontractorHub! All you need is a permit received date and attachment, planset/design uploaded, utility pre-approval date and attachment and a confirmed installation date. You will find the ordering option in your Subcontractor Hub project overview, under the tab titled "BOM Calculator". It will auto pull the data from the project, so all you need to do it input delivery information and submit it to our team!
Any material orders submitted via email will be re-directed to use the SubHub Ordering tool.
