Designate Palmetto as system owner
Submit the monitoring ID
Make sure to "Save”
Frequently asked questions:
What does Monitoring Portal Access capture??
Providing the monitoring site ID, sharing direct portal access & maintainer permissions to LightReach is required at M1.
Is maintainer Access Required for M1 Approval?
