Go to GoodLeap Financed Projects and enter the project name in the search bar. Click on the relevant project from the results.

Click the Timeline tab to view the current status and latest milestone updates.

Navigate to the Cases tab to see if there are any open case(s) under the current milestone.

Click on each open case to view the specific requirements or conditions that need to be fulfilled.

For each condition, update the necessary data or upload the required document(s) as specified by GoodLeap.

This guide reviews how to clear cases/conditions that arise and move a project through to the Permission to Operate (PTO) milestone.
