📢 Concert Propel Pricing Update - Effective 9/24/2026 📢
Due to rising capital costs, Concert will be increasing interest rates for all Concert Loans: Propel, Solar+, and Battery-only.
This adjustment reflects higher benchmark Treasury yields and increased return requirements from capital providers, which have raised the cost of funding new originations.
The updated pricing will apply to all new full credit applications submitted after the change goes live on September 24, 2026.
To lock in current pricing, please submit the full credit application before midnight on September 23, 2026.
Important: Only a full credit application will qualify, which requires:
Full Social Security Number (SSN)
Date of Birth (DOB)
Income information

If you want to lock in the current pricing, submit the full credit application before midnight on 8/12.

Bright Energy Loan Program Suspension: Effective April 20, 2026, the Bright Energy Loan program will be suspended for new applications as we reassess the offering to better align with current market needs.
What this means:
New applications will be suspended effective 5:00 PM PT on April 20, 2026
Applications submitted on or before this deadline will be honored if a signed agreement is completed by May 20, 2026
All change orders must also be completed by May 20, 2026
GoodLeap
GoodLeap will pause on offering solar loans or standalone battery loans effective 4/15/26.
They will stop accepting new submissions on 4/15/26 but will honor existing pipeline deals and change orders. Please do not take any actions to extend the pipeline (e.g., credit extensions).
This move is heavily correlated with development of a new product offering in Q3/Q4.

[Solar] New NTP Requirement: All new solar sales will require a customer utility bill at NTP with additional secondary restrictions. Projects with past‑due utility balances will not proceed until the balance is cleared.
[Solar & Energy Backup] Minor Platform Updates: Tri-County United (TX) was removed from our Solar Active Utility list. Additionally, Lion & Franklin batteries were removed from our Energy Backup AVL.
Concert
For Standard Solar+ Loans, there are two important updates that went live on 4/1.
Concert no longer supports second systems under the Solar+ Loan outside of the California and Hawaii markets. No second systems or add-ons (even if they do not share components) are allowed to be financed with Concert's Solar+ Loan, unless you are in CA or HI.
The Battery-Only Loan still allows you to finance up to four modules alongside a storage project, and permits tying the project into existing systems. This is available in all markets.
We now require PTO letters for all Solar+ projects that have not yet reached PTO yet. This change is technically already live for newer projects but we will now apply this requirement across the board.
GoodLeap TPO
Several important updates to the GoodLeap TPO program, effective Monday, April 6th. Here's what's new.
Safe Harbor Equipment — Now Required on All TPO Projects
Ordering equipment through one of our GoodLeap-approved Safe Harbor programs is now required on every new TPO submission. Here's what that means for you:
Get access to GoodLeap's inventory of safe harbored modules and/or inverters, to ensure domestic content pricing and FEOC compliance on every project.
Reach out and source equipment through an approved distributor that carries GoodLeap safe harbor equipment. Please reach out to your BD rep for a list of approved distributors.
If you haven't already enrolled, contact your Business Development Manager to get started.
New Battery Sizing Rule
Battery sizing must now be based on the solar system's annual production relative to battery capacity. The thresholds are:
Battery:
Enphase 5P
0-5kw: 1 Battery
5-10kw: 2 Batteries
10-15kw: 3 Batteries
15-20kw: 4 Batteries
20-25kw: 5 Batteries
25-30kw: 6 Batteries
SolarEdge EnergyBank (10kWh)
0-5kw: 1 Battery
5-10kw: 1 Batteries
10-15kw: 2 Batteries
15-20kw: 2 Batteries
20-25kw: 3 Batteries
25-30kw: 3 Batteries
Tesla Powerwall:
0-5kw: 1 Battery
5-10kw: 1 Batteries
10-15kw: 2 Batteries
15-20kw: 2 Batteries
20-25kw: 3 Batteries
25-30kw: 3 Batteries
Updated System Offset Cap
We’ve updated the system offset cap, which sets the maximum percentage of a customer’s annual electricity usage that a solar system can offset. When reviewing a project, always use the offset value shown in Origin. Ensure the consumption matches the homeowner’s utility bill and confirm that system production falls within GoodLeap’s acceptable tolerance. We strongly recommend confirming the offset before installation to avoid issues later in the process.
Maximum allowable offset: up to 110%
Exception review: 111%–150% is allowed with a signed homeowner acknowledgement form and additional review by GoodLeap
Above 150%: not permitted
Offset Acknowledgement Form
For projects exceeding 110%, download the homeowner acknowledgement form, have it signed by the customer, and upload it to the SPV case under the "Any Other Document" folder. If the SPV case hasn't been opened yet, upload it to the System Production Pre-Check case instead. The form is also available in the Origin Resource Center under the Domestic Content section.
GoodLeap will review the form during the System Production Validation (SPV) case.
Manufactured Homes No Longer Eligible
If the property title indicates a manufactured home, the customer will be denied. Please confirm the property type before submitting.
No exceptions will be made based on foundation type or other nuances
Deals already in the existing pipeline may continue
Important updates from GoodLeap:

Minimum FICO
680 minimum
Highest score of the three bureaus will be used
Co-Borrower Guidelines
At least one applicant must have 680+ FICO
