Seamless Home roofing DirectPay 

WHAT IS DIRECTPAY?

The Seamless Home, LLC Roofing DirectPay program allows licensed roofing dealers and contractors to access GAF materials and financing connections through Seamless Energy with no upfront material costs.

As a DirectPay partner, Seamless Home covers the cost of materials at the time of order. Material costs are withheld at the M1 disbursement once financing is funded, enabling an efficient project timeline from sale to installation.

DirectPay covers two things only: GAF material access and financing partner connections. Labor, permits, disposal, and all other project costs remain the dealer's responsibility.

HOW FINANCING WORKS

Seamless Home connects dealers to financing partners to fund roofing projects. Here is how the process works from sale to disbursement:

1. Dealer closes a roofing sale and connects the homeowner to an SPH financing partner through the project overview in SubcontractorHub.

2. Financing is submitted and approved. A confirmed installation date is required before materials can be ordered.

3. Materials are ordered through the BOM Calculator in SubcontractorHub. Costs are committed against the financing approval.

4. Installation is completed by the dealer's crew. Dealer manages all labor, permits, and site work independently.

5. At M1 disbursement, Seamless Home withholds the material costs from the financing payout. The dealer receives the remaining balance.

MATERIAL ORDERING PROCESS

All material orders are submitted directly through SubcontractorHub. Follow the steps below:

1. Log in to SubcontractorHub and open the project overview for the job.

2. Navigate to the tab titled "BOM Calculator." The system auto-pulls project data — you only need to input delivery information.

3. Select your package (Standard or Premium), confirm color selections, and add any required adders.

4. Submit the completed order to the SPH team.

All material orders must be submitted a minimum of 72 business hours prior to the scheduled installation date to ensure timely delivery.

Any material orders submitted via email will be redirected to use the SubHub Ordering tool. Do not submit orders by email.

All packages are materials only — no labor. Prices are per roofing square (100 sq ft). Each package includes a complete GAF roofing system.

Delivery Fee: $162 / order 

Factors that increase WeatherWatch requirement:

• Cold climates / ice dam risk — may require full deck coverage

• Local code — some jurisdictions require 6 ft from eave, others only 3 ft

• Complex roofs — more valleys and penetrations increase coverage need

• Low pitch — roofs under 4/12 often require extended coverage

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

IMPORTANT: Read this section carefully before placing any material order.

If the job is cancelled after materials are ordered and delivered:

• Materials must remain completely unused and unaltered to be eligible for return.

• A 25% restocking fee applies on all returned materials.

• If materials are altered or damaged to the point they cannot be returned, 100% of the material cost will be charged — no exceptions.

If the job is cancelled before materials are delivered:

• Contact directpay@seamlessenergy.com immediately to cancel the order.

• Orders cancelled before the 72-business-hour delivery window may avoid restocking fees — contact the team as soon as possible.

Best practice: only submit material orders once a confirmed installation date is locked and the homeowner has signed all required agreements.
