All-University Convocation 

As an attendance committee member for the All-University Convocation on October 14, 2024, I played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth registration and documentation of attendees. This event was a significant gathering that celebrated the university’s culture, achievements, and academic excellence.

Being part of the working team, I was responsible for monitoring attendance, organizing participant lists, and assisting in the registration process. This role required attention to detail, coordination with other committee members, and effective communication with students, faculty, and guests. It was a fulfilling experience to contribute behind the scenes and witness the collective effort that goes into organizing a large-scale university event.

Beyond my responsibilities, the convocation itself was inspiring. Distinguished speakers shared their insights on leadership, lifelong learning, and the importance of community engagement. Listening to these discussions gave me a deeper appreciation for the university’s vision and the role students play in upholding its legacy.

Despite the challenges of managing large crowds and ensuring accurate records, my experience reinforced the value of teamwork and efficiency. It also highlighted the importance of events like the convocation in fostering a sense of unity and pride among students and faculty.

Participating in this event as an attendance committee member deepened my connection to the university and strengthened my organizational skills. Moving forward, I aim to take on more active roles in similar events, knowing that these experiences contribute to both my personal growth and the betterment of the university community.
