Extended Blind Contour

This piece is an abstract rendering of a woman with a galaxy background.

I layered and blended the watercolors to give the illusion of texture and depth. I chose the blue and purple tones because of the way they blend together seamlessly to give the illusion of movement. I used watercolors because of the movement it emulates.

To extend this piece I could add details to the hair and eyes as well as other facial features. I could also use a metallic paint or marker to better illustrate the stars in the background.
