Realistic self portrait

Artist's statement:

Size: 8 by 11 inches.

This is the project where we were trying to put our realistic drawing skills with our shading skills to create a realistic self portrait. The materials that I used were an assortment of shading pencils, a pen, a piece of paper and a reference paper along with a ruler. The first thing that I did was make the graph on the reference piece of paper and the other piece of paper that I was going to draw on. Then going box by box I filled in the square to make a masterpiece.
