Donate life

Artist statement: For this project we had to make a peice that had to do with organ and tissue donation, I chose to use paper because it is pretty easy to use, and its pretty fun to use as well. For my design, I wanted to have a heart cut out on a piece of black paper layered over a white paper to make it look better, and For my quote I made it say " BE the one to light up someones day, with organ and tissue donation" And I think this went alright with my design because the white paper behind the black one was kind of like a light, so I thought it definitely didn't go perfect, but I also was not able to think of a better one to say. If I were to do this again, I might draw like, a lamp, or some sort of light source inside of the heart, to make it better go with the words that I chose.
