The way your group used the design cycle was. Identify the need , The way we did this is research what is some negative to living in a nursing/retirement home after we did that we narrowed it down to one thing (price). Research the problem, The way we did this is we researched what are the main key factors that play into the high cost of nursing homes. Brain storm possible solutions, We started taking the key factors that play into the high price like adding solar panels or having rooms rented out to non residents for more money to lower the cost. Select the most promising solutions, we ended up deciding to build a garden because expensive food was a key factor that raised the cost for nursing homes. Construct a prototype, we started to build a blueprint .Test+evaluate the prototype, We decided to figure out which plants can be planted next to each other. Redesign, we didn't really redesign because we were confident that it was good. Communicate the design we presented the slide show in our class.

 The  Data analysis process was very simple. First we would google what we wanted to read about and info what we thought what would be good(sites would need to be .gov or .edu). Then we would annotate the text to get the key info. After that we would recollect all our notes and build a summery and put that on our slides. We got all our graphs from the sites we visited so we would be able to example the graphs better.

Over the course of 2 weeks we researched and planned out our entire presentation about 70-80% of it. After we had everything down we built our presentation in a course of 2 days and on one of those days we practiced presenting our slides since we finished early.

This was a very research driven project. My team consisted of 4 people with the same interest as me. Helping lower the cost of retirement Facility. Something I think I did well in was being more independent because I learned to find valuable information and help others understand what I comprehended. Another thing I think I did well in is being punctual because if I didn't get my research done in the time frame my group needed the whole presentation wouldn't have been as good.

Some things I want to focus on next project is to be more organized because this project really showed me that being organized really help. One more thing I want to improve on is taking one thing at a time. I felt like since I had so much to do combined with other classes I didn't really give my all to this project and I feel if I did it would have been even better.Over all this was a very fun project.
