What is a Fitness Log:
We were assigned a project to create a Fitness Log that tracked mainly our exercise. We created a SMART goal that we needed to try to acheive in a certain amount of time. We also tracked some other things that were left up to us to decide. Along with my exerscise, I tracked my morning routine, my sleep log, my run log, my claender and my mood log.

Reflection:
Overall, I think this project was a sucess. I completed my SMART goal which was to run a mile under 7 min and 30 seconds. If I were to do this project again, I would make my SMART goal harder to suceed. This way I am challenging mysled a little more than this time. I think that this was a good project to do though because not only were we tracking exersice we were tracking our mood and nutrtion and other key factors to staying healthy.
