Evidence of Work
Description of Lab
For this lab, we spent 2 weeks exploring frogs through the process of dissection. We got to learn where things were inside of the frogs and how they worked. We had a packet to help guide us through the dissection process. After each step of dissection, our packet asked us questions to help support the learning part of this lab as well as the fun. I enjoyed this lab because we got to work with a partner to explore the frogs body and body parts and learn how frogs are like humans in some ways.

Body Systems
The skeletal system supports and protects the organs, produces blood cells in bone marrow and stores and releases calcium. In our project we explored the frogs leg and it's bone marrow and skeletal system. The nervous system sends messages, processes information and analyzes information. In our project we learned that a frogs nervous system is intricate. The respiratory system exchanges oxygen and carbon dioxide between cells. Circulatory System is used to carry nutrients, oxygen and carbon dioxide around the body and deliver it to cells. The immune system fights off bacterias and sicknesses and keeps us healthy. The excratory system is a way for the body to deal with internal processes and remove waste. The digestive system breaks down and absorbs nutrients. Lastly, the muscular system is to help with our body's movement and ability to do physical activity.

Reflection
This project taught me a lot of things. One thing I did really well this project was understanding the purpose of different things inside of the frog. The more you took a look at something and explored it more, the better understanding you got of it and I did a really good job of understanding things this project. Another thing that I did well this project was working with a partner. During this project we had to work with a partner on the dissection on the frog and if you didn't work together it would have made the lab very hard because you really needed to sets of hands. I think my partner and I worked very well together .
