Applying new knowledge
Reflection
We went to an interview organization, sent surveys, and worked on the display board. We went interview to organization to have information from experts which research about Child Labor. We created a itinerary to go to the place we will interview to. We sent the survey for collecting data whether grade 6 students have ever bought products from company use child labor(Supply Chain). Display board was for sharing ideas and have ideas from different perspective. I used an effective communicator in this task. I used when I communicate with my team what kind of question we add in a survey. We discussed what will make easier to answer and will tell us data. I used effective communicator in same way for display board. I used global leader when going to interview. I make sure it will go as a wrote in itinerary and checked the time. What went well was displaying because I just needed to stick and think about what to display. The challenging part was analyzing the survey because we had 16 questions and it was required to do all of it.
Digging Deeper
Reflection
We chose a job for PYPX, do research notes, and draft email to the organization. For choosing a job, we observe YIS. We draft emails to organizations to ask whether we can go visit interview and ask about child labor. I maked sure that the email draft include every single thing we need and it is polite. For research notes, we answered 1 driving question in each of papers. I wrote main idea/vocabulary, summary., and sketch/notes of information. I also add sources in important document and number it so that I can know which source I used. I used a wise risk taker in this task. I use it when I ask some questions about my own jobs. It was risk taking because I had need to ask them about MC while their exhibition. I used effective problem solver when drafting email to organization. It is because when I have not enough thing to include, I solve it by changing perspective. I used entrepreneurs and innovators for writing research notes. I used when I researched about topic and wrote in detail. What went well was taking notes or observing how YIS did their work. The challenging part was drafting email because the first email needed to include the purpose of visiting and be polite.

Reflection
We created a driving question and things to focus on research, also we worked on lines of inquiry, and found possible field trip, interview places. We created the lines of inquiry to focus on our topic. The lines of inquiry were made by additional concept and specific concept. We created lines of inquiry to focus on our specific research. Finding field trip place was to make sure our research/information include information from primary source and from experts. We created a driving question to focus on each of our lines of inquiry. Eventually, our mentor teacher created the questions and we decided. I used an effective communicator while creating it. I discussed with my team how the question can be specific for having various information about Child Labor. I used effective communicator for making lines of inquiry too. I used when I discussed with my team how can lines of inquiry form to make easy to research. I used entrepreneurs and innovators when finding possible place for interview. It is because I researched which place may give us specific information and will be more good to ask. What went well was revising the questions because we were able to discuss and think together. The challenging part was making the dividing question before the mentor created it. It was challenging because driving questions need to be specific and deeply related to lines of inquiry.

Reflection
I set up things that are needed for the exhibition, mainly the website, binder, and brain storm of “Good Team Work”. For website, I add home page and insert pages as a team. I didn't put things in yet, but I created all pages. For binder I put some of the paper I need to put as organizer. I put paper which be an first page of binder. For brainstorm, I wrote what makes good team work as a team. I used an effective communicator while creating the website. I discussed with my team what to do and we divided the tasks. Also I used effective communicator when brainstorming when I discussed with my team and shared idea to write down. I used global leader when working on binder. I think I was because I set up thing in binder as organizer. What went well was creating website and discussing good team work. It went well because we were able to talk together and work together efficiently. Also, it went well because we had write many things about team work. Challenging part was using function of website because I was not use to google sites. Also, binder thing was hard too because I had never used binder never and I was not used to.

Goal
Today, other grades and school will come for exhibition so I will practice my script(PYPX and MC).
Reflection
I presented our exhibition to Horizon. For MC, I think it went well because I didn't get stuck or mumble. But for PYPX, I can have more practice for teamwork.
I used thinking skills the same as yesterday but also I think how we can talk energetically so that everyone wants to come to our booth.
I used the same communicator skill as yesterday. But I also communicate with my team during the presentation.
Adjustment
I can have more team work during presentations because sometimes what we want to say becomes different.

Reflection
I wrote an email to our team's mentor teacher. After that, I wrote questions about the specified topic, which is child abuse, child right, and fast fashion.
I used a communicator. I communicated with my team, when writing the email, and when writing down the questions.
I was a thinker, because through the activities, thinking skills are required and to think about the topic and understand so that the questions will come up in my mind.
Adjustment
I could work differently, by discussing more about emails and topics so that everyone could agree and not have concerns about that idea.

Reflection:
I created the mind map, with the topic of “good teamwork” as a team. We talked about what good teamwork is, and wrote it down.
I used a communicator. I communicate with my team when thinking and sharing the ideas with each other when writing the mind map.
I was open-minded because I used everyone's ideas and didn’t ignore them. I also include every idea, and sometimes mix the ideas so that every idea can be changed to a good idea.
Adjustment
I could work on differently, by having more discussion, and sharing ideas for having a good relationship.
