Lawrence Park was fortunate to have spoken word artist and motivational speaker Dwayne Morgan speak to students on the importance of equity and how you can make changes in your daily life. Furthermore, members of equity council and many student leaders presented to classes about ongoing equity issues at LP and the importance of being an 'upstander'. Finally, LP staff led lessons with a focus on equity and inclusion.
