Purpose: In this assignment we used a Circuit Design Software to experiment with different types of digital circuits. Some of the circuits we tested were Flip Flops and 555 Timers.

Logic gates are used to create desired outputs in an integrated circuits based on the inputs (switches, buttons,etc). Without logic gates an integrated circuit won't be able to process the input values in a circuit. It is important to know binary and boolean algebra because that is the language the logic gates understand.
