Driving Question: How do Electrical Engineers design a circuit to “do what you want it to do?”
Learning Target: Students will be able to work on AOI Design - Seatbelt Circuit.
Project Description: We had to create a circuit that would best represent a car buzzer. We used Inverter, AND, and OR gates to create this circuit. We then had to figure out the values of the switches that would make the circuit reasonable.
What I learned: In this project I learned how combinational circuits work involving three different gates. We encounter many devices or circuits that use combinational logic which is why it is important as an engineer to know these circuits. This project also gave me a better understanding of each type of gate and its functions.
