What is storytelling? How does storytelling and artistic intention relate?

Storytelling is when you share a story in a comprehendable way. It includes characters, a plot line, and some sort of conclusion (whether open-ended or not). Artistic intention is similar, as the story is being told mindfully and intentionally in both circumstances. Storytellers share plot-driven stories, and artists share meaningful messages.
