In this laboratory, it started from a story that is about the relationship between midday-napping and sleep at night. They measured the sleep quality and performance between midday and nighttime to help teens to have better emotion and learning. Daytime in the United States and China are different times, so it's hard to measure like this. Children have to get up early to go to school, but they’re going to bed late, so it will make them tired. This story will help children to get enough sleep. This lab took 30 - 60 minutes and it will help them to get better, but no longer than 1 hour. It will be recommended to sleep before 4 p.m. This research shows that sleep at night is better than a few naps in middays but it depends on each person.
As results, these support the hypothesis about taking naps help to improve your mental/emotional, physical and social health. When I do all the nap, I feel fresh and want to do many things. I have more energy to do everything. I think a 90 minutes nap lab can help the most but it takes too long so 30 minutes is better for people who don’t have time to do a 90 minutes nap lab. Try to take a nap in the silent places and this lab will help you very much.
