Do we perceive beauty? We may perceive beauty but not always be aware we are. We are busy focused on our work and lives and things that happen in our day.
Do we stop to appreciate it? We do not always stop to appreciate beauty. Sometimes we may stop and appreciate it but not often.
Do we recognize the talent in an unexpected context? I think it depends on the talent and if it something we know about or are familiar with. But most people probably do not recognize talent out of context.
If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world playing the best music ever written, how many other things are we missing? We are probably m issing alot. Like a great moment with our family or friends or a nice view of a sunset.
How can you apply what you READ today to your own feature story when you write it after Christmas? I will focus my story on something or a topic that stops and notices the beauty in my life or around me.
