A. The United Auto Workers are stating ti expand their strike if contract negotiations progression don't have a big increase by Friday. They say to be on strike because they want new contract to be negotiated because they want contract to increase by 40% and other deals to be thrown in.

B. The 2 reasons the workers are on strike is they want contract negotiations and they want wage increases for 30% over 4 years and sweeteners.

C. Ford, General Motors and Stellantis said they want the strike settled and are being threatened.

D. I think that workers should not just walk of the job unless in a group or they want to quit because they would be fired and nothing good would come from doing it.

E. I think the workers going together is a better idea because big companies cant lose that much workers at one time and they would have to hear their reasoning and their demands.

E. I think this is happening because the Owners or employees have more power than any small unions and they dont affect the company and they dont even listen or hear anything that they want. Also, everyone is needing jobs and is trying to avoid conflict with work and people don't stand up for  unionizing anymore.
