Printing Chromebook

USB printing with SRS Chromebooks has now been enabled. In order to make this feature operational, please follow the steps below.

• Have your student log out of the Chromebook and log back in

• Attach a USB cable from the Chromebook to your home printer

• IF the printer is plug and play, you should get a message stating that the printer is connected and ready

• CTRL + P will bring up the print menu

• On the Destination drop-down menu, click “See More”

• Choose your home printer that has just been added

• Click “Print”

• If these steps do not work or if you are trying to print wirelessly, unfortunately this is an on-site issue that SRS cannot support
