Holy Hour for Peace in Ukraine

Join us on the next three Wednesday evenings from 7:30-8:30 PM for a Holy Hour for Peace in Ukraine (March 16, 23, and 30) in the Church.

All are welcome to join us before the Blessed Sacrament as we pray for for our world, that peace and mercy might reign.

We hope you will consider joining us for one or more of these Holy Hours, bring a friend, come as a family. Let us all unite our prayers for peace.

Pope Francis Wants to Hear from You!

Pope Francis has called a synod on synodality, a two-year process where the People of God (that means you!) are being invited to reflect on what it means to journey forward together as a Church.

You're being asked to participate because you are a valuable member of our Church! In this intentional process of mutual listening, Pope Francis wants us to rediscover the joy of being the People of God who journeys together, listening to everyone.

We warmly welcome you to join us for an in-person listening session at our church where, guided by the Holy Spirit, we will reflect, share, and listen to one another.

On Sunday, March 20th, from 6:30-8 PM, St. Margaret Mary will be hosting a Youth & Young Adult focused listening session in the library. While everyone is invited, we wanted to make sure we provided the opportunity to for our youth and young adults to make sure you know you have a voice and the Church is listening to you! (All are welcome, not just parishioners of St. Margaret Mary.) Families, feel free to come and be a part of this process with your young people as well.

Lenten Family Prayer Service

Have you ever cried out to the Lord for a loved one or for yourself? Suffering from a burden, family division, death of a loved one, bullying, chronic illness, caregiving, loneliness, trauma, stress, anxiety, depressions, divorce, addictions, loss of a job, temptations that overwhelm, etc. We have all either experienced a burden beyond our control or know of someone that has and needs our prayers. Join us for our Lenten Family Prayer Service and answer Jesus’s question, “What do you want me to do for you” Give it to our Lord and nail it to the cross.

Bring the whole family out on March 23rd at 6:30 PM in church and join us for this beautiful prayer service.

Sign Up for Flocknote!

St. Margaret Mary Parish is moving to Flocknote! As I sent out previously, this system lets us communicate even better with our parishioners via email and text capabilities.

You do not have to create an account with Flocknote to get the emails; however, it does let you view previous emails sent, sign up for specific groups, and make sure your information is up-to-date. So I highly encourage it if you can! Additionally, there is an app for your phone that will let you view all of this information as well.

If you haven't signed up yet, feel free to use the form and sign up! We want to make sure you and your family are staying up to date on all the latest youth ministry opportunities here at St. Margaret Mary.

Important Links to Know About

We have a new webpage for our youth and young adult ministry here at St. Margaret Mary! It has all the links for current and upcoming events, plus permission slips. We also have a new Facebook page! Follow, like, and stay up to date on all the things going on!
