Holy Fire Nashville

On October 1, 2022 at Holy Fire, middle school Catholics are invited and challenged to embrace their baptismal call and the powerful, relevant gospel of Jesus. Through talks by dynamic speakers, witness by peers, inspirational praise and worship, and rich experiences of the Sacraments, Holy Fire helps young people feel seen, welcomed, and invited into a life changing commitment to Christ.

Cost is $75 and includes lunch, the ticket to the event, and bus transportation. Scholarships are available. This event is an all day event, 6am-11pm. This event is open to all 7th 8th graders. Spots are limited.

Annual HS Fall Retreat

What does it mean to be accepted? How does God accepts us for who we are? How do we accept others into our lives? And how do we accept our challenge as Catholics?

Join me and Archdiocese of Louisville Youth Ministry for our Annual High School Fall Retreat at Gasper River Catholic Youth Camp & Retreat Center October 7-9th! Cost is $110. Transportation from Louisville is an additional $20 fee. Scholarships available.

Regional Parish Cemetery Clean Up

Join us for the Regional Parish Cemetery Clean-Up Event on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 9 AM -12 PM at River Valley Cemetery (5400 Cane Run Road | Louisville, KY 40258). The purpose of the event is a service experience that allows youth to gain a deeper understanding of works of mercy: praying for and burying the dead.

Youth & Adult volunteers will be needed. We will provide lawn care bags, rags and cleaner, but please bring your own lawn tools if you have them, including weed eaters, rakes, gloves, etc. Permission slips will be posted later. Sign up at the link below!

Catholic Charities: Saturday Serve

On Saturday, September 24th from 9 AM - 12 PM, we will head to Catholic Charities of Louisville to help sorting organizing donations for newly arrived immigrants and refugees. Help us make a difference! Youth & Adult Volunteers requested. Permission slips will be sent out closer to the event, please use the link below to sign up.

Mark your calendars for Ventus on September 7th! Join us for this beautiful Holy Hour filled with modern music, the opportunity for confession, and concludes with Benediction. We are so excited to bring this wonderful evening of reflection and time to sit at the feet of Jesus, especially as we enter into Holy Week the following week. Exposition is at 6:30 PM, music and confession will take place from 7-8 PM, with Benediction to conclude the evening. Fellowship to follow in the Hospitality Room.

Can't join us this week? Join us for our regularly scheduled Holy Hours for Adoration every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 PM and Thursday from 1-2 PM.

Announcing S.W.A.P. Nights (Socials With A Purpose)! Join us the second Wednesday of every month for dinner and a guest speaker! Topics will vary and suggestions are welcome. Join us for an optional Holy Hour from 6:30-7:30 PM, dinner and speaker from 7:30-8:30 PM.

Following that, we will be hosting a special guest, Aaron Frazita, as he shares about his work with Hearts in Motion and the times he has served abroad in Guatemala. Parish Offering: DivorceCare for Kids Group Starting Soon

DivorceCare for Kids, DC4K, provides a safe, fun place where your children will learn to understand their feelings, express their emotions appropriately, feel better about themselves and develop coping skills.


Group will meet weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8 pm, starting September 6th and running until November 29th at St. Margaret Mary (7813 Shelbyville Road). Cost is a suggested donation of $25.
