We had our ice-cream treats from the ice-cream van after lunch. They were very yummy. 

Sports Day!

The children were absolutely fantastic today. They all tried their best, cheered each other on and enjoyed an ice-pop from the PTFA to cool down!

We had such a great day at Twycross Zoo! The children behaved beautifully and we loved seeing all of the animals, especially the gorilas!

We held our class talent show today. The children were so brave and did some brilliant performances. We had a good mixture of singing, dancing, football skills, gymnastics and art.

Our OPAL build project was yesterday afternoon and the children had a fab time getting creative with making decorations for our playground. They had 4 choices of activites to choose from, and could do more than one if they wanted. They could do, bird feeders, painting wooden pallets to make signs, bunting and disc decorations. Happy World Book Day! We've had a lovely day celebrating reading!

The children have been working hard to fill their pom pom jar and the class reward was a games afternoon. The children had a lovely time playing different games with each other. 

We had a lovely afternoon with our buddies. They have written us stories so they came down and read them to their buddy then we had a play outside together. The Y1s have taken their stories home. 

We've had a lovely last day, making lots of Christmassy things and seeing Santa!

We've been having lots of fun in the Continuous Provision. For Social Time today we made all sorts of things from cardboard tubes, including Santas, reindeers and superheroes! 

The children have been enjoying the continuous provision today. It is so lovely to see them apply what they have learnt in lessons into their play.

The children are really enjoying our continuous provision set up in choosing time. We have now fully opened the craft station outside with mini art assistants who help to keep it neat and tidy. We have also allowed children to access the mud kitchen and play on the grassed area as long as they wear wellies.
