We have loved reading Superworm this week and exploring the Superworm activities in the classroom.

w/c 27.1.25 Supertato

Superhero fun this week! We have read the story Supertato and enjoyed the supertato themed challenges.  The children have been busy being superheroes in the role play, reading superhero books, making wanted posters for he evil pea, making supertato puppets, mashing sweetcorn and playing with Supertato himself!

More winter themed fun this week!  The children have been fantastic at completing the challenges set in the continous provision.  We have been writing winter words, going on a winter scavenger hunt, making hot chocolate, playing in the very snowy building site in the small world, making penguin pictures and they all enjoyed finally being able to go outside when the ice melted!

What a fantastic start to 2025! The children have come back to school and really impressed us with their learning!  They have loved exploring the continuous provision this week which has been winter themed.  They have completed activities such as making snowflakes, making reindeer soup, playing with artic animals, building snowmen, making their own snowman using their name and playing in the role play igloo.
