Faith Formation Registration

Please find the steps for completing our registration process below. Families will have a brief meeting with the Faith Formation/Religious Education staff where we will discuss the programs your child(ren) will participate in, review any special considerations to be sure we are meeting your child(ren) where they are on their faith journey and register your child(ren) for the appropriate program(s). Please note that we encourage any and all family members to attend but we leave that decision up to your individual family. We will email families with tuition and fee payment information after their registration is complete. We look forward to getting to know the families in our program more personally.

As we move into the 2025-2026 academic year, we will be transitioning from using religious education to using faith formation to describe our programs. The Archdiocese has changed their message to reflect “faith formation” to better encapsulate our purpose of evangelization and catechesis for the mission of forming disciples of Jesus Christ. Our programs will continue to focus on the faith formation of children and teens.

Steps for 2025-2026 Faith Formation Registration

2. If you're a new family, register your family with a parish in the SJSP Collaborative: here

3. Sign up for a family meeting by June 15th where a member of staff will register your children for our programming and answer any questions you may have, please sign up for a meeting using the first item below that applies to your family

If you have a student registering for our Confirmation program, sign up for a meeting here

If your family has not previously participated in the SJSP Religious Education program, sign up for a meeting here

If you have a student registering for our Sacrament 2 program, sign up for a meeting here

If you have a student registering for our Sacrament 1 program, sign up for a meeting here

If you have a student registering for our Pre-Confirmation program, sign up for a meeting here

If you have a student registering for our Grades 3-5 program, sign up for a meeting here

4. If none of the offered meetings listed above work for your family, email Linda or Christina by June 15th to set up an alternative meeting

5. If you are a new family and/or have not submitted a baptismal certificate for your child(ren) please click here to upload the certificate(s)

6. Following the family meeting, you will receive an email with tuition and payment information: preview here

7. In the following months you will receive follow-up emails with a calendar and additional information for the upcoming year
