You can pick up paper for Letters to the Homebound on the St. John campus outside the side door (off Ledyard Street) to the Collaborative Parish Center or on the St. Paul campus outside the door to the rectory office off of the parking lot. There will be lined paper in the Pick-Up box. Some guidelines for writing the letter include, but are not limited to:

A Salutation: for example, Dear Friend

Body: include engaging information, say you’re thinking of them, tell them a little about yourself, mention they are in your prayers and/or draw an uplifting picture

Signature: include your first name only, sign off with something like Sincerely, Take care,

PLEASE DO NOT:

  • Include your last name

  • Provide contact information

  • Date your letter

You can return the letter in the Drop-Off box at either St. John or St. Paul and we will mail it to one of our homebound parishioners.
