Paige Bennett – Burgers Near Me

Sponsor: Mrs. Klusendorf

My blog is about the burgers around St. Joseph, Michigan that are outstanding compared to average burgers. I created it off Weebly while I went to many different restaurants to find the top three burgers. The assignment for this project was a free choice essay. This project took me a month to make, It took me about 15 hours due to going out to eat a lot. I hope you like burgers and will try these places after reading!

James Diamond – Ectrodactyly

Sponsor: Mrs. Froelich

This was a project I created using Google Sites for an assignment from my H Bio class. The assignment was to research a genetic disorder and explain it's causes, effects, and treatments. I don't remember exactly how much time I spent on the project, but I put more effort into than I usually would for a school project. This topic really interested me and I was motivated to create something really good.

Bella Finnigan – Inside the Mind of a Senior

Sponsor: Mrs. Hunter

This will be my collection of my thoughts and opinions. Before you start reading let me tell you what you’ve gotten yourself into: life from the point of view of a teenage girl, love stories and a hint of sass.

Jace Zimmerman – Financial Literacy

Sponsor: Mrs. Mellott

I used google sites, to create a website to inform teens about financial literacy, I spend 4 hours.

Brooke Stein – The Structure of Cooking

Sponsor: Mrs. Berry

I created my website on Weebly because it is user friendly and had the perfect tools that made it easy to edit all my materials. Since I was able to insert photos, my project includes photos of my cooking team and the beautifully plated recipes we prepared. Because there is a slide show option, I created a flashcard themed page when defining the differences between a peel, chop, dice, and mince cut. This assignment had me include flavorful recipes, the different types of knife skills, the importance of soft skills, why cooking and Foods' class is crucial, why time management and communication is needed for cooking, and information on Japan's ethnic cruisine. My overall time spent on this project from start to finish would probably add up to exactly half a day, 12 hours.
