Ellie Geldhof and Anne Zeiler – Jones Soda Project

Sponsor: Mrs. Mellott

We used canva.com, a very useful website in which you can make posters much easier that look fantastic. The assignment is a Jones Soda Project in which we all have to make our own flavor of Jones Soda, we were asked to make a poster for the project and on ours we decided to put our new made up slogan. It took us about 20 minutes to make this poster, because this was only one part of the entire project.

This is a simple ad I made for my Applied Business Technology class. The assignment was to design a poster/flyer that would intrigue anyone to attend/view your event. In this case, I chose a college football game. This flyer probably took less than an hour to design and create using Canva.com.

Rowan White, Michaela Hadaway, Andrew Christy, Sarah Ventimiglia – The Miller's Tale

Sponsor: Mrs. Culver

This project was part of our Honors English 11 analysis of Chaucer's Canterbury Tales. Each group had to choose one specific tale to analyze and create an infographic for. We chose The Miller's Tale, and using canva, put at least a week in class to analyze the tale and come up with the information.

Hannah Blazina, Susan Lin, and Ashley Schlipp – The Manciple's Tale

Sponsor: Mrs. Becker

Our project was created using Piktochart. We combined graphics with sections of text to make a digital poster reflecting an analysis of the Manciple's Tale from Geoffrey Chaucer's The Canterbury Tales. In total, this poster took about 7 hours of combined effort from our team to complete.

Alexandria Smith, Morgan Covert, Gideon Maxim, and Lisa Lehner – Chaucer Infographic

Sponsor: Mrs. Culver

My group used Adobe Spark and shared the document amongst ourselves so we could each contribute. We were required to take notes on one of the four sections shown on the infographic and analyze how each are used to form the story. I would say as a whole group, we took 6 hours combined, if not more, to acquire, write, and polish the info presented.
